About The Event

Ayurveda says our Mind and Body are deeply connected, any imbalance in our mind affects our body significantly and vice versa. Ayurveda looks at stress, anxiety and depression differently, and mentions that any imbalance caused in your mind has its roots way deeper in the system.This 3 hour workshop will focus on Ayurveda's approach to healing SAD. Learn about the physiology of mind, diet and lifestyle for SAD, deep mind-body connection, and panchakarma- detoxifying therapies and herbs useful in SAD.

Participants will also get once every week for 6 weeks of Abhyanga and Shirodhara for the cost of 5 weeks.
