ABOUT ASHWAGANDHA BALA OIL -

DIRECTIONS -
This oil can be used locally to target the joints and muscles, or used as a comforting daily massage oil for the whole body.
- Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
- Massage into joints and muscles with firm, gentle pressure.
- Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, then shower to rinse.
- For best effect leave in place for a few hours or overnight.
- Can also be usef for scalp massage.
For external use only. If preferred, you may practice self-massage after you shower, but be mindful as oil residue can stain clothing and sheets
